Bodine is a passionate Soft Tissue Therapist and Educator. He applies his experience working clinically with both acute and chronic pain to deliver a high standard of clinically relevant education to his students.

With 8 years of clinical experience, Bodine was the Head Soft Tissue Therapist for Eastlake Football Club for 3 years. His work with Eastlake football club, included implementing injury prevention protocols and managing athlete injury rehabilitation and reducing return to play times. 

Bodine’s interest in competitive sport has provided him with opportunities to work with state, national and world champion combat sport athletes including experience working with the Australian Boxing and Australian Judo team.

Bodine also has experience working with sporting teams such as GWS Giants, Sydney Swans, ACT Brumbies, and various NRL teams such as the Canberra Raiders, and Sydney roosters

Bodine has a strong interest in shoulder, hip, lower back and pelvic related injuries. This interest has given him a keen eye for detail in assessing instability, injury and dysfunctional movement patterns. Bodine uses a wide variety of assessment and remedial massage / soft tissue techniques combined with strength and conditioning advice to deliver optimal results for his clients.

Christine has strong interest in lower limb biomechanics and improving movement efficiency and uses barefoot training with her clients to improve functional stability and improve foot to core relationships. Christine has a keen eye for detail in assessing and treating lumbopelvic pain and instability and providing corrective rehabilitation plans to treat pelvic floor dysfunction.

As Christine has an understanding of the inter-relationships of all body structures  and a strong interest in working with athletes, her outlook on improving client function and reducing pain is paramount.
